Eldert Loft Bedroom 1

This 2,000-square-foot Brooklyn artist loft featured five bedrooms in need of major renovation—unfinished drywall, exposed spray foam, and plywood subfloors on the second floor.

As designer and builder, I re-drywalled the space and installed a resilient textured laminate floor to maximize durability. I designed and built custom furniture tailored to the small footprint, providing both storage and a functional workspace. Despite the raw starting point, the finished room feels bright, spacious, and cozy—and was rented within a week of completion at 50% above the previous rate.
